I love it when a musical overload comes together.
Punch Judy, Pressure Point in Brighton, tomorrow evening, Quidrock, top stuff.
Pressure Point is practically on top of Black Bunker studios so this is a sensible time to get the rest of the vocals recorded after the monster session a couple of weekends ago where we recorded nine tracks.
Recording drums and bass for the BFs tonight too - only two hours in the room including set-up time, so the BF's 19 songs in 15 minutes thing will be handy.
Free space on my laptop at the minute: fraction over 2Gb. Five mikes running at 24-bit and 44.1kHz. Might have to free that up a bit.
First thing of all when I get home, however; I must tidy my room. Not all of it. Just the bit in front of the filing cabinet. So I can pull it out and retrieve the overhead mic that I accidentally dropped down the back of it on Saturday afternoon after trying to help the boy Griffiths with gear for Shoutcasting a party that night. Muppet-tastic.
