Bike

My bike got its first ever puncture this morning, and I had to walk the last bit into work. I can't work out if that's terribly timed or not; I've got this 65 mile ride that's only three days away, but then again, it didn't happen on the ride itself.

Oh yes, which reminds me. I'm doing this 65 mile charity ride... Some very nice people have sponsored me already, but just in case you're feeling charitably inclined and haven't seen this yet, here's my justgiving page, where you can make as large or as small a contribution as you like, anything at all being welcome. It's for a charity called CARA that help refugee academics and doctors with retraining and stuff so that they can use their skills again, which sounds like a good idea to me.
