It was grim up North
Dec. 29th, 2006 07:35 pmI had to go to Middlesborough to see a man about a robot on the 20th/21st, (the man in question had a fabulous handlebar moustache; I'm not sure what this portends for his ability to build us a useful robot) and then I've just got back today from the Grand Family tour, taking in Cambridge, Newport Pagnell and three places in the vicinity of Wigan. I went to Mr. Chips in town, though, and had proper chips and proper gravy out of a vat. Phwooar.
Now I'm back in Mile End, not Cambridge as potentially planned due to communication breakdown (even though that's not on the Led Zep album I had in the car) and I'm wondering Where The Fun Is for the evening. Anyone got any clues?

Stokesley, by contrast, is quite pleasing, when the WildYouth hasn't decamped there. Remind me of the name of the company, and I will see if it's where I thought it was. I may even be able to recommend some places to eat in the vicinity...
Of men and robots.

If you fancy mailing me at work its,
