It looks much more cheerful now, instead of evil. I still haven't heard from the polis, though, about the other bloke's insurance details, despite asking several times. I might try harrassing them again in a minute.

From barely having played the drums at all in the last couple of months (2 PJ gigs, no PJ practices, and I think only two or three BFs practices, for various reasons) I shall be playing them threes time in four days this weekend, and this is very much a good thing. All apart from the bit where I'm in the bar of a low-ranking football club's stadium in Kingston, probably post-soundcheck and kicking my heels around waiting for the gig itself at 9, when the second half of last week's fantastic episode of Doctor Who is on tomorrow night. I bet they'll have a giant screen TV, too, and I bet it'll be showing gripping action from the Australian or Japanese league or wherever the hell else might still be playing football at this time of year. Bastards.

I used to go in that bar quite a lot (unless there is another club in Kingston who are even worse), and I'm afraid you're probably right. They have one of those big projector screens, probably for blown up footage of a Japanese football game that nobody is watching.

Nope, we've actually managed to achieve a full house at the minute. Might be changing shortly-ish as the other girl is possibly thinking of going but I don't know when that'll be.
