Drumming etc.
Feb. 28th, 2006 01:44 amDrumming always cheers me up and makes me properly awake. I pay for it in the morning, especially tomorrow morning when I ought to be in work before 9 if possible, but for now I am a chuffing genius.
I can model the ellipse a chunk at a time, and get lift for each bit and sum them. That won't give me an accurate answer but if I compare it to wind tunnel tests for the same shape, I've then got a range of figures that it'll be reasonable to make estimates against. Ha ha.
And, and, I don't have to get registered *and* get a load of articles from the BL on Friday, because I also don't have to work Monday and can come back through then and get some more. And maybe even actually meet Andy Ford.
This whole airship malarkey might fly yet.
